Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@uslhs.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products and digital memberships (e.g., Beacon Membership Digital)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number.
